I’m applying for a job that requires a background check and when I go online to Maryland court records, this pops up under my name, but I have no idea what it is. It’s my name, but an address that I never lived at. I’m wondering if this will hurt my chance of getting a job. I’ve never been in any kind of trouble like this…any at all.

Yes, same name, and birthday. I’m wondering if I could have been charged with something and I don’t even know. It’s from 05, so I’m wondering how long it will be on there. To be honest, I’m nervous about it. I honestly have never had any legal problems.
I do have a unique name and I’ve never met anyone who had the same name. If I don’t look into this, will it stay on my background forever?
